JAMES E. WARD
PRESIDENT

Jim came to Sausal Corporation in June of 1987. During his tenure as President Sausal Corporation has grown from a $1,000,000 company to a $40,000,000 company successfully engaging in a wide variety of construction and construction management projects primarily throughout the greater Bay Area. All projects included in our references have been completed under his management.

Mr. Ward is a Registered Professional Civil Engineer in the State of California; has a M.S.C.E. in Construction Management from the University of California, Berkeley; M.A. in National Security and Strategic Studies; and an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from Youngstown State University in Ohio. He is an active member of the Associated General Contractors of California, Associated Builders and Contractors, Board of Advisors to the Division of the State Architects Office, and the Board of Advisors for the Salvation Army.

Mr. Ward came to Sausal Corporation with 20 years of prior extensive experience in engineering and contract, project and construction management, having served in responsible senior positions in the Civil Engineer Corps of the United States Navy where he has managed major engineering and maintenance organizations doing facility design, construction, and maintenance.
