We encourage bids from all trades and suppliers.  In particular we would like to maximize participation of Local, Small, Minority, Disabled Veteran and Woman owned businesses.  Sausal reserves the right to request performance and payment bonds, for the full value of subcontract bids, from registered sureties, at Sausal’s expense. Bids must be per plans and specifications.  Any substitutions must be clearly stated and acceptance is the subcontractor’s responsibility. Payment terms shall be per public law and the project specifications, no variations will be accepted.
